To make sure the team is re-fuelled with energy and inspiration, the network comes together at an International Conference every two years to share ideas and learn from leaders in the network and industry.
Development & support
Corporate and bakery management employees are provided a Personal Performance Plan (PPP), which not only sets out performance goals and measures, but also captures development needed to achieve success. Your PPP helps you see your contribution the success of our business. Our franchisees also use various performance tools to help you achieve success.
All employees have access to an eLearning platform that enables recruits to learn about bakery operations before the first day. This learning platform will be accessible throughout your career and can be completed at work or at home.
Employees and family members of Bakers Delight Holdings have access to a third party Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which provides counselling and support regarding personal or work difficulties and is completely confidential. Many of our franchisees also offer this program to employees. Talk to our franchisees to see if they have an EAP Program.
Our corporate employees receive an induction into the bakeries – working hands on in a bakery environment in both a sales and baking shift.
