Apple Pie Jaffle

Our delicious Apple Pie Jaffle is stuffed with spiced apple and drizzled in maple syrup. This may just be your new favourite treat!



4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf
20g unsalted butter
220g sweetened apple pie filling, can be canned or homemade
Maple syrup


    1. Step 1

      Pre-heat jaffle iron

    2. Step 2

      Spread one side of both bread slices with butter. Top the two unbuttered sides with the apple pie filling. Top with the remaining two bread slices, buttered side up

    3. Step 3

      Cook sandwiches in the jaffle iron for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden. Cut in half and drizzle with maple syrup to serve
