4 slices Bakers Delight Wholegrain LowFOD™ Loaf
1 cup leftover roast chicken, roughly chopped
1 small stick of celery, finely diced
1/2 tb olive oil mayo
A few drops of lemon juice
Handful of shredded lettuce

Method

    1. Step 1

      In a bowl combine the chicken, celery, mayo and lemon juice

    2. Step 2

      Divide between 2 slices of bread, top with the shredded lettuce and the second slice of bread

    3. Step 3

      Cut into halves or quarters and wrap or pop into reusable sandwich container
