Choc Mint Truffles

4 Glazed Mint Mud Scones, crumbled
100g dark chocolate, chopped
30ml thickened cream

Method

    1. Step 1

      Place chocolate in a small bowl

    2. Step 2

      In a small sauce pan heat cream until almost boiling

    3. Step 3

      Pour cream over the chocolate and leave for 1 minute to melt the chocolate 

    4. Step 4

      Stir chocolate mix until smooth

    5. Step 5

      Pour ganache over the crumbled scones and mix until a smooth paste is achieved

    6. Step 6

      Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 1 hour

    7. Step 7

      Roll in cocoa
