Cottontail Cocktail
Try our cottontail cocktail for dessert in a glass! With Traditional Hot Cross Bun crumbs, honey and marshmallows in the mix, this one is bound to tickle a sweet tooth’s fancy.
Ingredients
1 Bakers Delight Traditional Hot Cross Bun, finely crumbed
1tbs honey
2 marshmallows
60ml coconut rum
60ml vanilla vodka
120ml full cream milk
60ml pineapple juice
60ml coconut cream
Method
STEP 1
Lightly rim glasses with honey and roll in Traditional Hot Cross Bun crumbs. Set a marshmallow into the rim and set aside
STEP 2
Place remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a little ice and shake vigorously
STEP 3
Strain into prepared glasses and serve immediately
