Falafel Sliders

Our Turkish Rolls work perfectly for these tasty sliders. Serve them up for dinner or at your next gathering.



2 Bakers Delight Turkish Bread Rolls
1 tbsp olive oil
8 store bough falafels
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 sprigs mint, leaves picked


    1. Step 1

      Preheat the oven to 180C, and warm the rolls in the oven for 5 minutes.

    2. Step 2

      In a large frying pan, heat the oil and cook the falafels for 2-3 on each side to warm through.

    3. Step 3

      Cut each roll in half, and then in half again so you have eight squares in total. Carefully slice each square in half horizontally.

    4. Step 4

      Spread the tahini on the bottom of square, top each square with 1/8th of the red onion and mint leaves.

    5. Step 5

      Add a falafel on each square and squash down lightly. Top with the tops of the buns and secure with a skewer.

    6. Step 6

      Serve immediately.
