This mouthwatering recipe uses our delicious buttery croissant topped with crispy pancetta, creamy buffalo mozerella delicately finished with a drizzle of honey for an a total flavour sensation.



4 Bakers Delight Croissants, cut in half length ways
1 ball of buffalo mozzarella
8 slices of pancetta
4 figs, cut into quarters
4 sprigs of thyme, leaves removed
Honey to serve


    1. Step 1

      Pre heat oven to 180°C and place the croissants cut side up on to a baking tray

    2. Step 2

      Place croissants into the oven for 3-4 minutes or until starting to golden

    3. Step 3

      Remove the tray and place 2 slice of pancetta on each bottom half of croissant and place back into the oven for a further 2 minutes to crisp up the pancetta

    4. Step 4

      Place each bottom half of croissant on a serving plate and top with torn mozzarella, figs, thyme leaves

    5. Step 5

      Drizzle over honey and top with the other half of the croissant
