Slice to Meet You Healthy Pizza

Give Friday pizza night a healthy makeover with our deliciously tasty homemade pizzas and lots of fresh toppings.




Bakers Delight White Pizza Base 
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 bunch broccolini
1 tsp olive oil
1 lemon, wedged
¼ cup harissa relish 

Whipped Feta

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Juice and zest of ½ lime
½ cup feta


    1. Step 1

      Preheat the oven to 200°C

    2. Step 2

      Spread the tomato paste and harissa over the pizza base

    3. Step 3

      Place in oven bake for 10 minutes or until the base is mostly crisp and golden

    4. Step 4

      Remove from the oven and add the broccolini. Drizzle the oil over the broccolini and a squeeze of lemon juice. Return to the oven and cook for 2 minutes

    5. Step 5

      While it is cooking, add the whipped feta ingredients to a blender and blitz until creamy

    6. Step 6

      Remove the pizza and add small dollops of whipped feta. Serve with wedges of lemon
