Reuben Croissant

We’ve got dude food covered with our hearty reuben croissant! Filled with pastrami and topped with a pickle, put down the knife & fork, this is one to grab with both hands!



1 Bakers Delight Croissant, cut in half length ways
1 tbsp English mustard
4 slices of pastrami
3 tbsp sauerkraut
2 slices of Gruyere cheese
Cornichon to garnish


    1. Step 1

      Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper

    2. Step 2

      Spread each cut side of croissant with mustard and starting with the bottom half of croissant, layer with the pastrami, cheese and sauerkraut, then top with top of the croissant

    3. Step 3

      Place in the oven for 4-5 minutes or until cheese has melted and ingredients are warmed

    4. Step 4

      Spear a cornichon with a small skewer and place in the top. Enjoy!
