1 Bakers Delight Wholemeal Block Loaf, sliced for sandwiches
1 tub reduced fat cream cheese
400g tin tuna in spring water, drained
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1/2 cup chives
Cut the crusts off two slices of Bakers Delight Wholemeal Block Loaf per person. Spread each slice with cream cheese a piece of lettuce and tuna.
Place a few pieces of julienned carrot, cucumber and thin pieces of chives close to the edge of the bread.
Tuck under and continue to roll until all the bread is rolled up. Secure with a toothpick or tie with chives.
Repeat on the rest of the pieces of bread and marvel at your artistic masterpiece.
