Tuna Bake Sandwich
Serves 4 Difficulty Easy
Lunches are o-fish-ally tasty! This Hi-Fibre Lo-GI tuna sandwich recipe is the perfect twist on an underrated classic. Your little ones will love them so don’t forget to save some for your lunch too!
Ingredients
8 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf
425g tin tuna, drained and unflavoured
4 tbsp mayonnaise
¾ cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup corn kernels
Method
STEP 1
Lay out slices of Hi-Fibre Lo-GI Loaf, four by two
STEP 2
Place drained tuna on paper towel to remove excess moisture
STEP 3
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, cheese and corn kernels. Mix until well combined
STEP 4
Spoon mixture evenly across four bread slices and smooth out to corners
STEP 5
Turn the four remaining bread slices on top
