BBQ Prawns
The perfect Summer entertaining recipe that’s easy, delicious and oh so impressive!
Ingredients
12 large tiger king prawns deveined and butterflied
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grilled half lemons to serve
Method
STEP 1
Carefully toss prawns in oil and seasoning
STEP 2
Barbecue the prawns on a hot BBQ or griddle pan for 2 minutes each side or until just cooked
STEP 3
Serve on a large serving platter with the grilled lemons
