Green Tea Bliss Balls

Ingredients
Protein Balls
7 slices of Bakers Delight Lekkerbrot Loaf
2 tsp Matcha Maiden Organic Matcha Powder
10 dates
1 – 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
80g pistachios
Crumb
30g finely chopped pistachios
Method
STEP 1
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until mixture comes together
STEP 2
If mixture is to dry, add more maple syrup/honey
STEP 3
Roll mixture into balls using hands
STEP 4
Cover balls in extra pistachios
STEP 5
Place into the fridge for at last 30 minutes to firm
