2 slices Bakers Delight Chia Omega-3 Wholemeal Loaf
1/2 Avocado
2 tablespoons corn kernels
⅓ cucumber, chopped
1/2 tomato, diced
1 tablespoon coriander, roughly chopped
2 slices red onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon black beans
Chilli flakes, optional
Salt and pepper


    1. Step 1

      Dice the tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Add to bowl

    2. Step 2

      Add 2 tbsp of corn kernels, rinsed black beans, squeeze of lime and salt and pepper to taste

    3. Step 3

      Mix together and add on top of toasted slices of our Chia Omega-3 Wholemeal Loaf
