Salmon, Peas and Rocket on Sourdough

Serves  2                     Difficulty  Easy

Treat yourself to luxurious smoked salmon. Try this easy to prepare recipe which combines the salmon with peas and rocket – all served on our delicious Authentic Sourdough Vienna.

Ingredients

2 slices of Authentic Sourdough Vienna
1 small packet smoked salmon
1/4 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup rocket
4 tbsps. cream cheese
1 tsp chives

Method

STEP 1

Cook frozen peas for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, drain and set aside.

STEP 2

Lightly toast two slices of Sourdough.

STEP 3

On each piece of bread, layer 2 tbsp. of cream cheese, then smoked salmon, peas and rocket.

STEP 4

To serve, sprinkle with chives and drizzle with basil oil.
