4 slices Bakers Delight Hi-Protein Wholegrain Loaf
2 plant-based patties
4-6 tomato slices
½ cup grated carrots
1 cup rocket
1 tbsp vegan mayo
2 sliced pickles
Olive oil for cooking
Pepper

Method

    1. Step 1

      Heat oil in a skillet pan over medium heat. Place patties into skillet, sprinkle with pepper and cook until browned on bottoms. Flip and cook until browned on opposite sides

    2. Step 2

      Layer the veggies, patties, mayo and pickles on one slice. Close the sandwich and wrap or pop into reusable containers
